Stuck at updating blizzard update agent

Watching this one with interest, as it's an exact copy of my problem .Im at a boarding school so i only got to play every weekend and this weekend i almost havent played because of this! I've managed to get on game twice since patch went live .Both times , whilst playing game has crashed , and left me frozen on Updating Blizzard update agent .
